1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Buchu.ai (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Buchu.ai provides a link-in-bio platform that enables users to create customizable profile pages ("Bio Pages") to share links, content, and products with their audience. Features include but are not limited to: link management, analytics, email capture, digital product sales, and AI-powered page generation.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post or share illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or any harmful software
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Buchu.ai and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Buchu.ai.

You retain all rights to content you submit, post, or display on or through the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Buchu.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform.

6. Subscription and Billing

Some features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

7. Digital Products and Transactions

Buchu.ai may facilitate transactions between sellers and buyers of digital products. We are not a party to these transactions and are not responsible for the content, quality, or delivery of digital products sold through the Platform. Sellers are solely responsible for their products and for compliance with applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express or implied. Buchu.ai does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buchu.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
